This Toronto home was on a deep ravine lot in Toronto's East Side and the couple wanted this to be their forever home, long after their four children moved out. We knew this century home did not have enough square footage to fit in the kitchen design of their dreams, nor the principal ensuite, bedroom, and walk in closet they desired, so we added the 20x20 addition at the back of the home to achieve all of their desires. The underpinning of the new basement space, also have them an amazing kid lounge area and ample storage. The team, also completely renovated the existing interior and re-did the front exterior to ensure cohesion of the design.
