PROJECT HILLSBURG | MAJOR COTTAGE RENOVATION & ADDITION
Location: North of Toronto
Project Scope: In the design and planning phase of this family cottage. We are focusing on preserving its rustic charm while enhancing functionality and comfort for modern living. The project will include two thoughtfully built additions that will seamlessly blend with the existing structure, incorporating natural wood beams, calm paint colours, large windows to invite in natural light and lake views. The updated kitchen and living areas will feature open-concept layouts with cozy, cottage-inspired finishes. Our goal is to have this renovation honour the cottage's heritage while creating a welcoming, year-round retreat for generations to enjoy.

PROJECT ATLAS | RECONFIGURE FLOOR PLANS
Location: Downtown Toronto
Project Scope: We are working on the architecture and new layout options to help transform a previously divided floor plan back into a cohesive single-family dwelling. This renovation will focus on restoring the original flow and character of the home while modernizing the layout to suit contemporary family living. Redundant walls were removed to open up space and improve circulation between floors, allowing for larger, more functional common areas. A central staircase was re-established as a unifying architectural feature, and new bedrooms, bathrooms, and storage solutions were thoughtfully integrated throughout. The result is a harmonious blend of restored heritage elements and updated finishes, creating a comfortable, spacious home tailored for modern family life.

PROJECT ROBERT | LANEWAY HOME NEW BUILD
Location: Toronto
Project Scope: The renovation of this Toronto laneway home will focus on maximizing space, light, and livability within a compact urban footprint. The interior was reimagined with a smart, functional layout that incorporates built-in storage and flexible living areas to create an airy, modern feel. Strategically placed large windows will bring in abundant natural light, while clean-lined finishes and natural materials provide warmth and simplicity. The outdoor garden will be transformed into an inviting extension of the living space, featuring a low-maintenance landscape design, integrated seating, and privacy elements. Together, the home and garden create a serene urban retreat that balances efficiency with beauty in the heart of the city.
