PROJECT PATRICIA
This full home renovation and addition is located in East Toronto and was completed in 2024. The clients are a young family, with a huge dog and big style. They craved more storage, a proper mudroom, a second bathroom and to close in the home from a totally open concept layout. Throughout this home you will notice layers and layers of custom fabric, colour, millwork and wallpaper, which all work together to infuse this home with personality.

This eat in banquette area is full of light and charm. The custom pantry and seating area, provides added storage, and the wall mounted back cushion creates the feeling of a cosy restaurant. Deep jewel tones fill this space and vintage furniture adds to the charm.

Moving the kitchen into the old dining room, allowed for better flow.

This beautiful soft green kitchen boasts a farmhouse sink and specialized windows, which fully open to the back deck.

This moody living room is saturated in colour, and the original fireplace is flanked with custom arched storage. This room, we closed in with pocket doors to enable an even cozier vibe when needed.

This couple needed more storage space, so we bumped out the front entrance to create this sophisticated mudroom.

Even the pet dog, loves this stunning mudroom addition at the front of the home. The marble checkered tile, adds a timeless flair.

Muted jewel tones create such a warm and inviting living room.

Playing with pattern and colour in this little girl's room was such a fun task. The custom built ins were needed in lieu of a closet due to the size of the room. Although small, this room packs some serious personality.

The most coveted request of the second floor was a primary ensuite. Beautiful marble counters, complete with old world brass faucets and fixtures add charm and warmth.

The primary ensuite shower allows light to stream in while still allowing for much needed storage. The warm walnut was paired with the brass elements to add a sense of English charm.

In order to save on space, we created a custom wall of closets, complete with garment rail, which adds much needed storage and another layer of texture to the room.

This primary bedroom plays with pattern and texture in subtle tones. From the wallpapered wall to the custom upholstered headboard and layers of bedding, this is a calming retreat for its owners.

In the kids bathroom we wanted to create a feeling of being in an old estate home in rural England. The green beadboard and intricate wallpaper add sophistication and warmth.

The shower/tub combination continued the green colour pallet, with these handmade green subway tiles and pair beautifully with the brushed gold shower fixtures.

Tucked under the roof of this charming home is a custom bed made for the little man of the home. The built in drawers and wallpaper work together to make this room feel like a little boys dream.

This project required a huge collaboration between the design and build divisions of the company due to the layers of design and custom millwork but the team pulled it off smoothly.
